Intent Labs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the List Capture Chrome extension. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the extension.

What data we collect

List Capture does not collect any personal data while you are scanning and copying lists. Everything happens entirely within your browser, on your device, and nothing is sent to any server.

The only time any data leaves your device is if you choose to upgrade to Pro — in that case, your email address is processed by our backend solely to generate your license key. It is not sold or used for any other purpose.

What the extension does

• Reads the content of the active tab when you click the extension icon — this happens locally and is never sent anywhere
• Saves your Pro status and theme preference to your browser's local storage — this stays on your device only
• Copies list content to your clipboard when you click Copy — this is a local operation

Payment processing

If you choose to upgrade to List Capture Pro, clicking Unlock Pro opens Stripe's payment page in a new browser tab. Any payment information you enter is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. under their own Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment details.

After a successful payment, Stripe sends your email address to our backend for the sole purpose of generating your license key. When you activate your license key in the extension, the key is sent to our server solely to verify its validity. The key contains no personal information. A record of valid purchased keys is stored permanently on our server solely to verify future activations. No personal data is attached to these records. This process is handled by a Cloudflare Worker — a serverless function that runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Your email address and generated license key are temporarily stored together for up to 24 hours to display your key on the success page. After 24 hours they are automatically and permanently deleted.

Third party services

These services are only involved if you choose to upgrade to Pro. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used at any time.
